Are all my products handmade?Yes, every product on this website is handmade. That is why there are not that many units of the same product.

Can I order a custom product of a design I saw on this website?Yes. If it is something croched then choose one of the string colours show in the "Custom Orders" section and e-mail me (handmadealdesign@gmail.com) to discuss further. If it is a larger leather item, that depends on availability of materials.

What if I already paid for a custom order but changed my mind?If you have made a custom order but changed your mind about some details of the item (e.g. colour, size, design details, etc.), you can e-mail me (handmadealdesign@google.com) within 3 days of payment and I can produce an item with an updated design. You can also request a full refund within 3 days of paying for a custom order if you no longer need the item.

What are the shipping costs?Shipping within in the UK is free. When shipping to other countries the price depends on the size and weight of the package, as well as the final destination. If there are any customs fees, the recipient will be the one charged for it.

What is the return policy?If you are dissatisfied with an item you can return it (in the original packaging) and you will get a full refund (if there are no signs of usage). The refund has to be requested via e-mail (handmadealdesign@gmail.com) within 14 working days from delivery.

What if the item you receive is damaged in transit?If an item is damaged in transit I assume no liability.

Are the materials I use safe?Yes, they are generally safe and contain no synthetic dyes.
